We currently deliver Australia-wide from our base in Perth, WA.

Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Shipping costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery address. Free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders or promotions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
Change of mind:
We want you to love your scissors. If you change your mind, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and include all original packaging.
Faulty or damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your scissors are faulty, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Return shipping:
- For faulty or incorrect items: return shipping is on us.
- For change-of-mind returns: customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Important notes
