- All products and services are subject to availability. We may limit or cancel quantities at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.
Shipping
- We ship Australia-wide; processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Returns & Refunds
- Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit.
- Faulty or damaged items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded according to Australian Consumer Law.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Mobile Sharpening Service
- Our mobile sharpening is available in Perth and selected surrounding areas.
- Appointments may be rescheduled by us in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle issues, illness).
- Please provide safe and reasonable access to your premises during the scheduled time.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aces Scissors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
