We’re based in Perth and service salons and studios across the Perth metro area. If you’re outside this area, contact us to see if we can help.

Q: How often should I have my scissors sharpened?

Most professionals sharpen every 3–6 months, depending on use, cutting techniques, and hair type. Regular sharpening keeps your scissors performing at their best and helps prevent long-term damage.

Q: Do I need to send my scissors away?

No – we come to you! Our mobile sharpening service is fully equipped to sharpen your scissors on-site, so you can get back to work quickly.

Q: Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide from our base in Perth.

Q: How long will my order take?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Will I get tracking information?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Q: Can I return scissors if I change my mind?

Yes – you can return unused scissors in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

Q: What if my scissors arrive damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Q: How can I keep my scissors in top condition?
  • Clean and dry your scissors after each use.
  • Oil the pivot area daily to reduce friction.
  • Store them safely (never loose in a drawer).
  • Avoid dropping them or cutting anything other than hair.
Q: Do you sharpen clipper blades too?
